In our time together, we'll embark on a journey to uncover your goals for healing. This personalized program is designed to create a sacred space for you to connect with your inner child and teen, fostering a deep understanding of the aspects that require attention and healing in your everyday life.

Weekly Focus: Each week, we'll concentrate on aspects related to healing the inner versions of ourselves that call for attention daily. From understanding patterns to exploring ways of staying connected and promoting healing, every session is crafted with your growth and well-being in mind.

My Personal Journey:

In my own path of healing and recovery, I recognized patterns in my relationships – be it romantic, professional, or friendships – that no longer served me. I observed self-sabotaging behaviors and realized the impact of allowing external forces to control my emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

Turning to my Akashic Records, I embarked on an incredible journey of connecting with, communicating with, learning from, and healing my inner child and teen. By establishing a relationship with them and assuming the role of the parent they may not have had (without placing blame on my own parents), I found a profound shift. This transformative work allowed me to understand my behaviors, break patterns, and regulate my emotions. Now, I show up as a healed adult, empowered to navigate life without the influence of a fearful six-year-old or an angry sixteen-year-old running the show.
