Sacred Rage™: Rage at the Sea is four days of somatic release, ritual, and radical permission — for the first time, by the ocean, with eight other Womxn who are done performing "fine." Expect movement, fire, grief, laughter, salt water, and the kind of rage that turns into freedom when you finally let it move through you instead of around you.

Welcome ceremony, altar building, breaking the ice with womn who already feel like coven.
Day Two — Descent
Into the shadows. Into the rage. This is the work.
Day Three — Power
Stepping into liberation — what's left when the rage has moved through you.
Day Four — Departure / City Shenanigans Begins
Gentle goodbyes, or straight into the boardwalk if you're staying on. Retreat wraps ~4 PM.
