Channeling Foundations is a sacred container to help you access Divine guidance through your own direct channel. You'll learn to trust your inner voice, create spiritual boundaries, and build a repeatable practice that actually feels like you.

What the Weekend Looks Like
Friday Evening: Open the Channel
We’ll ground in, open sacred space, and begin exploring how to connect safely. I’ll walk you through the foundational concepts of channeling—including the difference between intuition, guidance, ego, and interference. You’ll be invited to start journaling and dreamtracking right away.
Saturday: Deep Dive
This is where the magic happens. We’ll spend the day exploring and writing your personal invocation, learning to distinguish the voices of your guides, and refining how you receive messages. There will be small group work, teaching, personal reflection, and (gentle) live practice.
Sunday: Embody + Integrate
We’ll practice channeling for ourselves and (optionally) for others. You'll get feedback, support, and a chance to ask questions. We’ll close with a sacred "word ceremony" to honor the unique messages each of us has received—and celebrate your connection moving forward.
