Policy for Offerings from Lionheart Liberation
Services Akashic Records readings, spiritual coaching, spell work, and related offerings from Lionheart Liberation are inherently subjective. The insights and guidance offered during sessions reflect the potentialities observed at the time of the reading. It is important to remember that you, others, and your environment possess free will, allowing you to change, shift, and alter the possible outcomes discussed. Your reality is fluid and continuously evolving — any guidance provided reflects possibilities based on current conditions, not fixed certainties.
Connecting with Your Reader If, during your session, you feel a lack of connection with the reading or with me as your practitioner, you have the right to stop the session within the first 10 minutes. Should you choose to continue beyond this point, the full session fee will be charged. This policy ensures fair compensation for my time and energy.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations To cancel or reschedule, please reply to the confirmation email sent upon scheduling. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you are late or fail to attend within 10 minutes of the start time, no refund will be issued and additional charges may apply to reschedule.
Clients are allowed one emergency reschedule per package. After that, late cancellations or missed sessions will be forfeited with no option to reschedule. No-shows without prior notice result in automatic forfeiture of that session.
Retreat Cancellation Policy All retreat deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within two weeks of the retreat date are subject to no refund unless the spot can be filled — in which case a partial refund or credit may be provided. If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.
Emergency Situations and Mental Health My services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, please seek emergency medical attention immediately.
This isn't a boundary I hold lightly — it comes from genuine care for your wellbeing. If, during a session, I identify signs of a mental health crisis, I will compassionately stop the session and refer you to appropriate emergency services.
Confidentiality All sessions are conducted with the utmost respect for your privacy. Information shared during readings, coaching, or any related offerings is 100% confidential and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.
